We encourage everyone to get involved. This world has presented a pretty crazy outlook that is leaving many of us unsettled. We are asking for a little love to be spread by each of you in small little actions. We suggest things below to be carried out this month from your heart:
Give a donation to Laura's Foundation to support grief groups and new grievers in their journey
Call a friend you have not contacted in a long time
Give a box of cookies to your neighbor
Donate canned goods and water to your local food food bank
Go through your clothes, blankets and pillows and donate through many organizations that pick up
Talk to your food server and leave a large tip or find out how they are doing in life
Give a smile to everyone you meet on the street, shops and groups
Adopt or foster a child in need or donate to the Foster Care organization
LET US KNOW WHAT IDEAS YOU HAVE! marcigill@hotmail.com 602-796-6070
Receive free stickers for your water bottle (above photo) by texting 602-796-6070 with your address
Today I am grateful for my daughter's little one Ellie! What an angel! May Mommie guide you always.
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

Today we honor all those who have given their lives in service for the freedoms we share in our country today. We all grieve their loss and anyone whom we have lost so suddenly. Know that we honor their memories with dignity and respect. Their lives mattered and we hold them precious in our memories now and forever.

To Grieving Women on Mother's Day
The stores are filled and decorated with balloons, cards, cakes and flowers all preparing to wish mothers a Happy Mother’s Day. The soft music commercials are airing with loving embraces of mothers and sons and mothers and daughters.
Restaurants have their brunch menus perfectly designed to cater and celebrate the lovely moms who make the world go round. The calendar has the date permanently marked on your phone, your planner, your hanging calendar… and everywhere you go.
Advertisements, flyers, emails, mail, coupons, are at every turn reminding everyone that this Sunday is Mother’s Day.
And there you are, physically present to witness all of these festive pieces… but in another dimension trying to protect your soul. A mother who has lost their son or daughter. Or a woman wishing she could conceive a child but cannot. Or a woman who has lost their mother. Or a woman who is battling an illness just hoping to survive another year for their child. Or a woman who has given up their child in hopes that the child could have a better life with another family. Or a woman who has lost their partner or spouse and is spending this Mother’s Day without them.
Or anyone who isn’t “happy” on Mother’s Day for any reason.
I see you.
I recognize your pain.
I have compassion and empathy for you and your journey.
I wish you sweet memories of the son or daughter that you have lost. I wish you peace on this day and all days to come. I wish you to know and feel all the love you gave to your son or daughter.
I wish the universe to give you a sign, this Sunday, that you are and will always be a tremendous mother. I wish for all of your friends and family and strangers to acknowledge the love that still remains for your son or daughter that will always, always, always be there in your heart.
I wish you a gentle Mother’s Day this Sunday and every day to come.
From My Heart to Yours,
Marci Gill of Laura’s Foundation
Happy Mother's Day
Much Love to all Mothers on May 10, 2020
from Laura's Foundation
We at Laura’s Foundation have had to cancel our 5k run, walk and doggie trot on 3/28/2020 because of our need to be responsible during the Covid-19 pandemic. This was our yearly fundraiser. The winners of the raffles are displayed. We are sincerly appreciative to all who participated in this raffle to help us continue our services of grief groups, counseling, coaching, personal massage, breathing and exercises classes for those who have had a sudden loss of a loved one like suicide, homicide, drug and alcohol addictions. Or a donation is greatly appreciated under the donation tab at the top of the screen.
